What makes this different from culture-fit hiring?+

Most 'culture fit' tools score against a generic company culture: values, mission, vibe. We score against the actual team this person would work with day to day. Different teams in the same company need different chemistries. We surface that, so the new hire is productive in week one instead of month three.

What is 'Behavioral DNA' and how is it different from other assessments?+

Behavioral DNA is our own assessment, built in-house. It's a 32-question forced-choice test that maps how someone instinctively works across four dimensions: Tempo (deliberate vs. rapid), Method (improvised vs. systematic), Lens (details vs. vision), and Drive (consensus vs. directive). Once we have a candidate's profile, we align it against the working DNA of the specific team they'd be joining. There's no licensing, no third-party scoring, and no borrowed frameworks. It was purpose-built for recruiting, not borrowed from clinical psychology.

How does the AI actually rank candidates?+

Every candidate receives a Fit Score built from three weighted pillars: Skill Match (50%) parses the resume against the job's must-have and nice-to-have requirements. Behavioral Alignment (30%) compares the candidate's four-dimension Behavioral DNA profile to the hiring team's composite profile, measuring how naturally they'll mesh on decision-making, pace, collaboration, and risk. Experience Relevance (20%) evaluates years, industries, and progression. Each pillar is scored independently and shown on the candidate card, so you can see exactly why a 91 is a 91. Our language engine then writes a plain-English narrative explaining where the candidate clicks, where they'll stretch, and what to probe in the interview.
