Agreement

By creating an account or using CatchHire, you agree to these terms. CatchHire is operated by Cobb & Co, a California-based executive recruiting firm.

What CatchHire does

CatchHire is an AI-powered recruiting platform that matches candidates with roles based on skill, experience, and behavioral fit. We provide match scores and narrative summaries to help both sides make better hiring decisions. We are a tool, not an employer or staffing agency.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Shared logins are not permitted on individual plans.

Candidate responsibilities

• Résumés and assessment responses must be your own and truthful.
• By uploading a résumé, you authorize us to parse it using AI and share your profile with employers who have posted matching roles.

Employer responsibilities

• Job descriptions must represent real, open positions.
• You may not use candidate data obtained through CatchHire for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for the posted role.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

AI-generated content

Match scores, narratives, and parsed profiles are generated by AI and are provided as decision-support tools. They are not guarantees of candidate quality or job fit. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.

Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have a billing concern.

Intellectual property

The CatchHire platform, Behavioral DNA assessment, scoring algorithms, and all associated branding are the property of Cobb & Co. You retain ownership of any content you upload (résumés, job descriptions).

Prohibited use

• Scraping or automated data collection from the platform.
• Using the platform to discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, or any other protected class.
• Uploading malicious files or attempting to exploit the system.

Limitation of liability

CatchHire is provided “as is.” We do our best to deliver accurate matching, but we are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost revenue, or decisions made based on our platform’s output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
